Weds 6/4, 10AM-1PM EST Zoom: OMG NOW WHAT? Take stock of your imagination and bring your inner voice to the surface. What are you writing now? What does your inner life want to say? AND …in what form do you want to tell this story? Is it a play, a movie, episodic content, a podcast…? This is the day to explore the raw materials and make some choices about the form they’ll take.
Weds 6/11: 10AM-1PM EST Zoom: Writing Midlife: Tell Your New Story! How has your voice evolved over time? How does time show up in your work and how has the “I” evolved? What new stories are lurking just under the surface of your old ones?
Friday 6/27 and Saturday 6/28, 1pm-4pm EST Zoom: The Rewrite Lab Tips and tricks for turning your messy first draft into something really great! My ebook Nine Juicy Weeks to a Wonderfully Imperfect First Draft (only 2.99 on Amazon!) gives you the first step, get that messy first draft out of your head and onto the page, but then… you need a thorough process for crafting a solid story from the mess. I refined this process with theater director Josh Hecht and use it in every single one of my projects!

July 2, 9, 16 writing exercises and page-sharing, topics include time, place, structure, dialogue, conflict.
